4 hours shifts 9am-1pm or 7pm-11pm | Designed Around School Hours
Surbitonian Gardens, Surbiton
Are you a parent ready to return to work, but need a role and hours that fit around school runs and family life?
As an organisation built on strong family values, Anavo Group understands the reality of balancing work and family life. That’s why we actively support working parents, offering flexible 4-hour shifts designed to work around your day, whether that’s morning or evening, so you can grow your career while still being present for your own family
We recognise that the skills developed through parenthood; patience, empathy, organisation, resilience, adaptability and emotional intelligence, are the very foundations of exceptional care. That’s why we’ve created a flexible Care Assistant opportunity specifically designed to support parents returning to work, helping you re-enter employment with confidence while building a meaningful and rewarding long-term career in care.
You don’t need previous care experience, what matters most is your commitment to learning, your willingness to work hard, and your desire to be part of a supportive team making a real difference to the lives of our residents.
Full paid training is provided, and we will equip you with the skills, qualifications and confidence you need to succeed.
